What is Groupify?

Groupify is a simple and modern platform that connects people with the same interests.

You can create your own activities on the app or join activities of other members.

We are aimed at enterprising people who have some life experience, are open and curious.

The app helps you find new friends who have the same interests and build new friendships. You can get to know and meet other members. You can see on a map which activities are taking place in your region. The app aims to combine many different activities in a simple way, as well as to promote exercise and friendships.
The app is being developed in Switzerland and was launched in the app stores in January 2023.

Quality and trustworthiness are very important to us. That's why Groupify is only applicable in Switzerland (from A like Aadorf, B like Basel, Lucerne to Z like Zurich). Activities and content are checked and filtered.

The menu can be operated in German and English. Depending on the feedback and enjoyment of the application, we will expand the app to include additional languages or other features.

The app and all functionalities are free. When creating a new activity, there is a “Costs in CHF” field. The activity can be charged for.

You can download the app from the Android Playstore or Apple Store using the links above. Registration is easy in two steps.

What is Groupify?

Groupify is an app to connect people with the same interests. The menu is simple and can be understood in a short time.
You can organize activities yourself or join other members. In the map you can see even easier where something takes place and maybe coincides with your interests. You also have the possibility to view the profile of other members. Maybe you know each other or become groupify friends.

What does Groupify mean?

Groupify is made up of the English words group and unify. “Group” means group and “unify” means to unite. The naming also implies the goal of the app: unite as a group (and have fun together).

Where is Groupify developed?

Groupify was invented and developed in Switzerland. The idea and organization is carried out by the company Groupify.ch GmbH Zürich.
The technical development is provided by the company sonono GmbH from Basel.
We all have a lot of fun working on Groupify and are excited to see what happens next when we get the first feedback.

How is the quality of members and activities ensured?

Your trust is important to us and we don't want to gamble it away. The members are checked. In addition, all data in Switzerland is with the company Cyon GmbH stored in Basel. Be creative, open and curious - it will be worth it.
